Wusthof 2 Stage Handheld Knife Sharpener

This 2 stage sharpener has coarse and fine notches for sharpening and honing standard style blades. The first stage carbide (coarse) sharpens dull edges. The second stage ceramic (fine) provides a polished, razor sharp edge. A reasonably sharp knife may only require this light honing. Since 1814 W��STHOF has set the standard for designing and manufacturing precision-forged knives. W��sthof knives are manufactured by a skilled team of 300 dedicated workers in two state-of-the-art facilities in Solingen, Germany. Production there follows strict rules in order to achieve the finest quality, while at the same time remaining environmentally friendly.
