The LEM Jerky Cannon offers a generous 1.5-pound capacity and makes jerky making as simple as squeezing the trigger. The Original Jerky Cannon is made with an anodized aluminum barrel and heavy-duty plastic piston and comes with a jerky nozzle and a snack stick nozzle. To use the Jerky Cannon just load the barrel with ground meat insert the piston and squeeze the trigger. Plus this kit comes with two bags of Backwoods™ seasoning—one Original Jerky and one Snack Stick seasoning. These two seasoning bags can each season five pounds of meat.
